  • How can I make payment?

        You can choose the currency (INR-₹, USD-$, EUR-€, GBP-£, CAD-CA$, AUD-A$, RUB-R) in which you would like to make the payment on our website. The currency icon is at the top left of the first/landing page of website.

PayPal: - You can make the payment through Credit/Debit card or Paypal account through Paypal.

Bank Deposit: - You can transfer the amount in our account through International Banking Procedure.

  • What is the courier Charges for my country & which courier company you used?

We ship international orders through India Post, FedEx & DHL courier services and charge courier rates according to the weight of products. For Ex:- If you are making an order from U.S.A and your order products weight is 2Kg and you have selcted AIR PARCEL (India Post) courier shipping then the courier price will be $26.53 [$13.51 (for first 500gram) +$4.34 (for every additional 500gram weight)+ $4.34 + $4.34]. We have other low-cost shipping options also.

  • Can I choose different address for the delivery from the billing address?

Yes, you can and the courier charges will be calculated according to the shipping address.

  • When will I receive my order after placing it on website:-

Your order products will be shipped within 3 to 5 DAYS from the date of purchase. Depending upon the courier service you choose, you will recieve the order in given period of time.

  • Will I get a tracking number for my courier?

Yes, Once your parcel is dispatch. The details will be e-mail to you with tracking number. You will also receive e-mail from us, once your parcel is delivered.

  • How do I track the status of my order?

You can know the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and you will also receive e-mail from our side whenever there is any change in your order position.

  • What should I do if I cannot track my order?

You can mail us at [email protected] and we will e-mail you tracking details again.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if we have not dispatched it. To cancel your order, please mail your order number at [email protected].

  • How I will get the refund of my cancel order?

You will get the refund through Paypal.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

If courier guy try to deliver you damaged parcel, you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Centre with security tape that is visible and intact. If you refuse your parcel, please let us know via email at [email protected].

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged product inside the parcel?

Please share the pictures of the same at [email protected] and we will courier another product to you asap. Or we will refund the amount of the same with courier charges.

  • What should I do if I have receive less products from my order?

Please let us know about this in 24 hours of receiving the courier parcel at [email protected] and we will check in our camera recording for the same. If found less products has been packed then we will courier the remaining products or refund the money for the same.

  • What should I do if I want to return a part of my order or full order products?

All you need to do is just inform us within 24 hours after receiving the order on [email protected] and courier the product at the following address

Once we receive the courier, we will do the refund of the cost of order products through Paypal.

  • Will I get the refund of the shipping charges when I return the products?

Shipping charge are non-refundable. The customer will pay the cost of sending the courier back.

  • How & when I will receive the refunds of return products?

You will receive the refund in 2 to 3 days from the date of courier is received by us. You will receive the refund through Paypal.

  • How do international taxes and duty works, who pay for them?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

1.Cash on Delivery: - Available.

2.Online Payment:- Payment by Credit/Debit Card, UPI ID, Wallet ID, Google Pay & Net banking are acceptable.

  • How can I check if cash on delivery service is available at my area pin code?

'Check COD availablty' tab is available on all products pages. Please fill your area pin code to check the availability of Cash on Delivery services at your area pin code.

  • Is there is any extra charges for cash on delivery services?

Rs100 is charge on all orders for COD services.

  • What is the courier charge in India?

A:- Free shipping on order of Rs750 or above.

B:- Rs60 is charge as shipping fee for order less than value of Rs750.

  • Which courier company does you use for delivery?

We use Fedex, Delivery, First Flight, Blue Dart and Indian Post courier services for delivery in India.

  • How do I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging in your account on our website.

  • Will I receive the courier Details?

Yes, you will receive the courier details through e-mail and sms.

  • How can I track my courier parcel?

Again you can track the courier parcel by logging into you account and then click on the AWB number of your courier.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if we have not dispatched it. To cancel your order, please mail your order number at [email protected]

  • What should I do if the courier guy is giving me a damaged parcel?

If you are getting damaged parcel, Please refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Centre with security tape that is visible and intact. If you refuse your parcel, please let us know via email at [email protected] within 24 hours.

  • I have received a defective item or my order is incorrect?

If you notice that the items you have received are faulty or your parcel does not contain the items you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • How can I return some or all products from my order after receiving the courier?

All you need to do is just inform us within 24 hours after receiving the order on [email protected]. However, products returned will only be accepted if they are returned in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

  • Who will pay the courier charges at the time of returning the product?

The courier charges for returning the product will be paid by the customer.

  • How I will receive the refund for the return products?

You will receive the refund through NEFT in your account or we can issue you discount coupons which you can use in your new order.

  • How long will it take to get the refunds?

Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection, which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection
